Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Tommy Mcgarry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lenny Nero (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mcgarry fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Tommy Mcgarry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nero fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mcgarry looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Nero is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mcgarry is aware though and is defending well.

Mcgarry drops back, looking for a kneebar! Nero looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Nero looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Nero!

Nero wants to lay and pray for a moment but Mcgarry keeps working.

Mcgarry takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Nero shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mcgarry eats them both and turns towards Nero to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

Well Nero has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
