The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Munke connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Vrakas.

Vrakas tries to score a power double leg takedown but Munke sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Vrakas somewhat.

Munke scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Munke connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Munke lands a big right hand that sends Vrakas crashing to the mat! Munke stays standing though and waves Vrakas back to his feet!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Munke dances in with a quick combination. Vrakas is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Munke snaps Vrakas's head back. Vrakas stumbles backwards against the cage. Munke steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Vrakas's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Vrakas just didn't come prepared.
