Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sharp Pen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyrone Armor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sharp Pen!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tyrone Armor!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armor keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
No luck for Armor with that takedown attempt.

and Pen counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Armor's guard now.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Armor is looking to sweep but instead, Pen has passed into half guard.

Pen is looking for a kimura but Armor is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Pen to get the leverage.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Pen wants to control but Armor is keeping him busy.

Pen postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Armor to stand up.

Pen throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Armor was covering up waiting for the punch and Pen finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Armor is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Pen is aware though and is defending well.

Pen is taking a breather. Armor says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Pen looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Armor with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Pen is trying to control the action in half guard but Armor is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Pen is keen to just control but Armor is a slippery customer.
Armor is looking for a sweep. Pen is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Armor is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Pen pulls his head out easily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Pen is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.

Sharp Pen has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.

Pen feints and as Armor raises his hands in defense, Pen changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!

Pen shoots in for a takedown but Armor shows good takedown defense.
Pen displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Armor.
Armor stuffs the takedown attempt from Pen. Pen gets slowly back to his feet.

and Pen moves into the clinch.
Pen has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Armor is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Nice sprawl there from Pen as Armor shoots in.
Armor shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Pen as he jumps to the side.
Pen misses with a takedown attempt - Armor sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Armor shoots in but no luck this time.
Sharp Pen is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Pen fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Armor is breathing heavily.
Armor regains half guard.
Pen prevents Armor from improving his position.
Pen is looking to advance position but Armor won't allow it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pen slows the pace down in half guard.
Armor is not content to let Pen control the position.

Pen winds up and cracks Armor with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Pen is controlling the pace.
Armor is trying to get back to full guard.

Pen is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Armor is just riding it out for now. Pen eventually gives up the hold.
Armor makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Armor.

Armor keeping moving, preventing Pen from controlling successfully.
Pen with a flurry of punches that miss.
Pen is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Pen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Armor has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pen has managed to get both his arms back between Armor's legs - danger averted.

Armor is defending against the submission attempts here by Pen.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!

Armor tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Armor closes the distance and clinches up with Pen, looking for a takedown. Armor pushes Pen against the cage but Pen circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Pen throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Armor tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Pen is in Armor's guard.

Armor is rocked!
Sharp Pen overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Pen loads up on a big left hand. Armor felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Pen looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Armor can't hide his disappointment, as Pen celebrates the victory.
