Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Legend Dary (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Robinson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dary misses with a body shot.
Dary throws a leg kick that misses.
Dary throws a body punch but Robinson moves out of range.
Robinson shoots in looking for a takedown but Dary manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Robinson's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Dary will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Robinson closes the distance and clinches up with Dary, looking for a takedown. Robinson pushes Dary against the cage but Dary circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Dary dives in and grabs Robinson's left leg, looking for a takedown. Robinson pushes down on Dary's head and hops out.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Legend Dary. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Robinson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dary tries to avoid it but Robinson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dary to the ground. Dary escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Chris Robinson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dary tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Robinson was well out of range. Poor timing from Dary.
Dary throws a head kick but Robinson moves out of range.
Robinson tries for a takedown but Dary sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Dary lands a two punch combo.
A head kick from Dary lands but Robinson takes it in his stride.

Robinson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Robinson throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Dary was covering up waiting for the punch and Robinson finishes the takedown easily into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dary is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Dary is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Robinson sees it coming and defends easily.

Dary wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Robinson, who protects the arm well.

Dary is looking to take a break and control but Robinson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Dary has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Robinson is looking to regain half guard here but Dary keeps moving and retains side control.

and Robinson counters with a head kick that drops Dary to the mat! Dary scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Robinson lands a nice leg kick that just misses Dary's sensitive parts.
Oh Dary is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Dary throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Dary looks up at the clock. Bad move! Robinson lands a right hand from hell, dropping Dary. Robinson pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Chris Robinson!
