We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paul stuffs the takedown attempt from Smith. Smith gets slowly back to his feet.

Smith shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Brady Smith wasn't doing enough on the ground.

Smith shoots in and gets a takedown into Paul's guard.

Smith connects with a couple of short punches.
Smith is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Smith working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Paul's head.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Smith won't allow Paul to get back to his feet.
Smith stands up over Paul, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Smith tries to clinch but Paul is having none of it.
Paul scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Smith throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Paul's waist but Paul gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Smith off to one side.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Paul!
Paul defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Smith.
Smith fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brady Smith. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Smith shoots in for a takedown but Paul shows good takedown defense.

and Paul counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Smith is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Smith tries for a takedown but Paul sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Paul lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.

and Paul counters with a big head kick but Smith shrugs it off.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Paul shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Smith eats them both and turns towards Paul to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Smith looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Smith gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Smith tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Paul is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Smith buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Smith!! Smith is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Paul throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kole Paul!
Kole Paul looked relieved post fight as he said the following; 'Dont let anything stop you from your dreams'.
