And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nyrkki drives through and clinches with LeBeau against the cage.
Nyrkki throws a knee to the head but misses.
LeBeau misses with a body punch.
LeBeau working aggressively here.
A head punch on the inside from LeBeau fails to land.

Nyrkki breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Nyrkki has managed to clinch.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Nyrkki wants the takedown. LeBeau is fighting it off but Nyrkki persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in LeBeau's guard against the cage.
Nyrkki's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Nyrkki stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. LeBeau swivels though and keeps the full guard.
LeBeau wants to sweep but no luck.

LeBeau has his foot on Nyrkki's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nyrkki works his way back into a safe position though.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Nyrkki's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

LeBeau is looking to sinch up a triangle. Nyrkki throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to LeBeau's body to avoid the submission. LeBeau has instead reached around Nyrkki's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! LeBeau arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Jean-Luc LeBeau!
After the fight, Jean-Luc LeBeau was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
