Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hiroto Ito (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Ren Mimura and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dos Santos pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Ito shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Ito connects with a nice short shot to Dos Santos's temple.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dos Santos has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Ito is working away from the top position though.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dos Santos has hold of Ito's hands but Ito slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Ito is nestled in close to Dos Santos, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Dos Santos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ito. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Ito lands a big elbow - Dos Santos is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Ito!
