The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sharpe swings widly with a right hand
and Jasion counters with a nice kick to the body.

Jasion moves into range and clinches up with Sharpe.
A bit of stalling here from Jasion.

Sharpe is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Jasion pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Sharpe goes for a takedown attempt but Jasion pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sharpe is nestled in close to Jasion, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
