The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Wallace misses the jab.
Wallace checks the leg kick nicely there.
Deathgrip with a jab.
Deathgrip throws a leg kick but Wallace checks it.
Wallace leaves Deathgrip with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Deathgrip shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Wallace is trying to stand back up but Deathgrip is controlling him

Deathgrip is trying to work for a kimura but Wallace is defending well.
Deathgrip throwing shots but Wallace is blocking nicely.

Deathgrip is looking for submissions but instead, Wallace has regained full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wallace has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Deathgrip off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Deathgrip misses with a takedown
and Wallace counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Wallace misses with a series of wild punches.
Wallace digs a good hook to Deathgrip's body.
Deathgrip throws a right and a left that both miss.
Wallace stuffs the takedown attempt from Deathgrip. Deathgrip gets slowly back to his feet.
Kakihara Wallace has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Trapp Deathgrip.
Wallace pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Deathgrip back to the cage. Wallace follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Deathgrip misses with an uppercut. Wallace saw that one coming.

Wallace ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Wallace fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Deathgrip looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Deathgrip is still on wobbly legs! Can Wallace finish him?

Wallace comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Deathgrip gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Wallace counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
