Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carneiro shoots in looking for a takedown but Kang manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Carneiro's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Kang drives through and clinches with Carneiro against the cage.

Kang tightens his grip and picks Carneiro up, before dumping him to the ground. Carneiro manages to land in guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Carneiro trying to keep a closed guard but Kang is proving a slippery customer.
Kang really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Carneiro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Kang wants to get up but he can't break Carneiro's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Carneiro had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Kang defends it easily.

Carneiro has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Kang doesn't defend quickly enough and Carneiro has managed to lock this one up! Can Kang escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Carneiro on a fantastic submission victory.

Rafael Carneiro opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
