The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eric shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Saberthooth defends it nicely.
Eric throws a head kick that misses.
Eric lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Saberthooth circles away quickly and effectively.
Eric with a lazy takedown attempt
and Saberthooth counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Eric shoots in for a takedown but Saberthooth shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

The fighters circle momentarily. Saberthooth darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Saberthooth is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Saberthooth connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Eric's hands.

Eric doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Saberthooth counters with a series of strikes that really hurt Eric! The ref looks into his eyes and sees nobody home - he's called the fight! This one is all over!
