The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harrell throws a looping overhand right but Hodges ducks down to avoid it.
Hodges moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Harrell looks to score with a jab to the body but Hodges is just out of range.
Harrell scores with a body shot.
Harrell throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Harrell takes a swing at Hodges's ribcage but misses.
Harrell catches Hodges with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Hodges walks into a stiff left hand from Harrell.

Hodges is rocked!
Harrell throws a hook to the side of Hodges's head but Hodges sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hodges is still on wobbly legs! Can Harrell finish him?
Harrell misses with a hook.
Harrell misses with a straight left.
Harrell jabs Hodges to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Harrell throws an overhand right that lands on Hodges's shoulder, as Hodges tries to avoid the shot.
Harrell throws a hook but Hodges blocks it.
Harrell blocks the body kick.
Hodges slips a straight right by Harrell.
A big right from Harrell misses.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Harrell moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Hodges! Harrell continues to tee off on Hodges, landing with a left and a right! Harrell connects with a right hand that leaves Hodges sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Harrell!

Shelton Harrell really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Firebird Designs logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
