Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paul Waul (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gim Allon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Waul takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Waul feints and then cracks Allon's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Allon down.

Allon shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Waul sprawls well. Waul wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Allon gets slowly back to his feet.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Allon connects with a nice short shot to Waul's temple.

Waul thuds a left hand into Allon's body.

Waul is looking to clinch but Allon is avoiding it.

Allon ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Waul moves away.
Allon takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Waul uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Allon.

Waul comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Allon jumps guard and drags Waul to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Allon is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Allon cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Allon has hold of Waul's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Waul tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Allon cranks the arm and Waul screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Waul, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
