The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hallestrom throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hallestrom dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hates Decisions. That did some damage!
Hates Decisions misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Hallestrom throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hallestrom fakes the leg kick and cracks Hates Decisions in the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hallestrom explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Hallestrom dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Hallestrom lands with an uppercut that bounces Hates Decisions off the cage and back into range.

It looks like Maurico Hates Decisions has been cut.
Hallestrom scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Hallestrom dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hates Decisions. That did some damage!
Hallestrom fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Hates Decisions to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Hates Decisions looks to clinch but Hallestrom throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Hates Decisions taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
