Deely's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sorry, You're not a Winner. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deely shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Henderson pinned against the cage. Henderson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
A head kick misses from Henderson.
Henderson circles away from the clinch attempt.
Deely tries to clinch but Henderson moves out of range.
Deely uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Henderson.
Sean Deely seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Henderson gets the takedown into side control.

Henderson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Deely, who protects the arm well.

Henderson has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Deely is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Henderson yanks on the arm and Deely is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Henderson.
