The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Antonio throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Picket tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Antonio is in Picket 's guard.
Antonio trying to control but Picket is working from the bottom.
Picket can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Antonio controls the pace.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Youri Antonio wasn't active enough on the ground.
A head kick misses from Antonio.
Antonio circles away from the clinch attempt.

Antonio rushes Picket and presses him up against the cage.
Antonio pushes off an throws an elbow but Picket leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.

Picket had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Antonio defends it easily.

Picket tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Antonio counters with a series of strikes. Picket will be more careful next time no doubt.
Terry Picket is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Picket moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Antonio.
Picket takes a kick to the side of the head.

Antonio pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

Picket pushes Antonio up against the cage in a clinch.
Antonio has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Picket is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Terry Picket has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Youri Antonio.

Picket jumps guard but Antonio turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Picket drops back looking for a leg! Antonio is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Antonio manages to kick Picket off! Picket jumps back into Antonio's guard.
