The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallace cracks Subzero with a good jab.

Wallace drives through and clinches with Subzero against the cage.
Subzero is pressed up against the cage. Wallace has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Subzero down to the mat. Subzero avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Wallace tries to work over Subzero's front leg with a kick but Subzero checks it.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wallace.
Wallace throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Subzero.
William Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wallace is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Subzero closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Wallace slaps away a takedown attempt from Subzero, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Wallace defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Subzero.
Subzero goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Subzero manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Wallace on his heels. He'll look to pass Wallace's guard now, I'm sure.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Subzero drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Subzero jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

That was a close round but I would say that Joelmir Subzero will probably get the nod.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Subzero seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Wallace does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

William Wallace has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Wallace takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Wallace won't allow Subzero to get back to his feet.

Subzero has his feet on Wallace's thighs here. He's pushed Wallace off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Wallace screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
