The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legend Jr fails with a takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown by Legend Jr or perhaps it was just good defense by McDonald which made him look bad.
Legend Jr shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. McDonald manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Legend Jr drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Legend Jr jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

A relieved looking Tony McDonald thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
