The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Ryoma Takatsuka and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Master feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Master trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Blancheflor trying to keep a closed guard but Master is proving a slippery customer.
Master is looking to advance position but Blancheflor has hit a scissor sweep - now he's on top in mount!

Blancheflor uses his free foot to push down on Master's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Master.
Master really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Master is desperately trying to improve his position but Blancheflor has a good base and remains in mount.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Blancheflor accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Master has his foot on Blancheflor's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Blancheflor works his way back into a safe position though.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Master has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Blancheflor should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Master has tightened it up now! Blancheflor should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
