The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chan tries to close the distance and clinch but Du Lac swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Chan has eaten all the pies!

Du Lac is stalling here. Chan is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Du Lac seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Chan has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.

Chan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Du Lac keeps working.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Galahald Du Lac has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jackie Chan.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Chan takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

I have no idea who won that fight. Let's wait and see whether the judges are as confused as me! Time for a split decision perhaps?!. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
