Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mikro Sambochek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jesus Sakes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sakes is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Rock Me Sexy Jesus -Jesus Himself. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sambochek lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Sambochek.
Sambochek tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sakes paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A head kick misses from Sambochek.
Sakes takes a kick to the side of the head.
Sakes blocks a head kick by Sambochek.
Sambochek fails in his attempt to clinch.
Sambochek throws a sloppy head kick and Sakes moves out of range easily.

Sakes drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Sakes passes Sambochek's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Sakes thows a huge punch but Sambochek dodges it nicely.
Sambochek knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sakes on the ground.

Sakes escapes and gets back to his feet.
Sambochek misses with a wild combination.
Oooh a lovely combination from Sakes sends Sambochek down but not out. Sakes dives into side control looking to finish.

It looks like Mikro Sambochek has been cut.
Sambochek is breathing heavily.

Sakes decides to stand up, so the ref orders Sambochek to his feet.

Sakes closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sakes works to advance to full mount. Sambochek defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.

Sakes gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Sambochek tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Sakes throws a series of punches but Sambochek moves out of range.

Sambochek throws a hook but Sakes avoids it easily.
Sambochek tries to clinch there but Sakes circles away.

Sambochek misses with a double jab
and Sakes counters with a straight right hand.
Sambochek lands a head kick!
Sambochek lands a high kick to the side of Sakes's head that stuns him and send him tumbling down to the canvas! Sambochek dives into guard, looking to finish.

Sakes is rocked!

Sambochek avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Sakes throws some sloppy strikes off his back.

Sakes working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sambochek doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sambochek manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Sakes isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Sambochek stacks Sakes on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Sambochek!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sakes manages to get back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Sambochek tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sakes swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Nice takedown defense from Sambochek. No joy for Sakes on that attempt.
Sambochek throws a jab but it's blocked by Sakes.
Sambochek lands a head kick!
Sakes walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Sambochek checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Mikro Sambochek seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sakes avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Sambochek tries to bum rush Sakes with a series of wild strikes but Sakes uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Sakes looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Sambochek might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Sakes thows a huge punch but Sambochek dodges it nicely.
Sakes has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Sakes swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
