Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jima Jammy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rurik Kokovtsov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Sosuke Kotani and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jammy avoids the head kick by Kokovtsov.

and Jammy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A telegraphed right hand from Kokovtsov misses the target.
Kokovtsov throws a low kick but Jammy avoids it.

It looks like Jima Jammy has been cut.

Kokovtsov's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Kokovtsov has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Jammy.
Jammy goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Jammy drops Kokovtsov with a huge uppercut! Kokovtsov drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Jammy is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
