The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Esteban throws a big shot that misses.
Esteban connects with a right hand. Gotrek shakes it off.
Gotrek thumps Esteban with a low kick.
Esteban feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Gotreks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
No joy there for Esteban, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Esteban throws a hook but Gotrek blocks it.

Gotrek avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Gotrek throws a sloppy head kick and Esteban moves out of range easily.
A jab from Gotrek finds it's way through Esteban's defenses.

Gotrek throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Esteban's head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Gotrek buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Gotrek lands a big head kick that sends Esteban tumbling to the mat! Gotrek takes a step backwards and waves Esteban back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Esteban has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Gotrek.

Esteban slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Esteban works the jab nicely.
Gotrek takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Esteban closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Gotrek misses with an uppercut. Esteban saw that one coming.
Gotrek needs to keep his hands up - Esteban had a free shot at his head there.
Gotrek scores with a nice body kick.
Juan Manuel Esteban seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gotrek bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Esteban misses with an uppercut.
Gotrek drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Gotrek misses with a wild body shot.
Gotrek lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.

Gotrek and Esteban are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Gotrek throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Esteban into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Gotrek knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
