Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Lestat LaCroix (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kamen Trifonov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Trifonov scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
LaCroix is not content to let Trifonov control the position.
Trifonov throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Trifonov prevents LaCroix from improving his position.

Trifonov decides to stand and escape the position.
LaCroix keeps the fight on the outside.
Trifonov comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Trifonov feints and as LaCroix raises his hands in defense, Trifonov changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Trifonov trying to control but LaCroix is working from the bottom.
Trifonov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with LaCroix. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

LaCroix looking for a guillotine here but Trifonov defends easily.

LaCroix is looking to sinch up a triangle. Trifonov throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to LaCroix's body to avoid the submission. LaCroix has instead reached around Trifonov's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! LaCroix arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
