Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Erin Dolor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Pope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Erin Dolor has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Erin Dolor!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, John Pope!
The judges for this bout are James Glass, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dolor closes the distance and clinches up with Pope, looking for a takedown. Dolor pushes Pope against the cage but Pope circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Pope keeps the fight on the outside.

Dolor gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.
Dolor seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Pope has momentary wrist control but Dolor slips an elbow through the middle.

Dolor fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Pope sprawls well initially but Dolor persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

John Pope comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
