Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Me You (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hans Kytke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Me You looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Me You!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hans Kytke!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Valeri Chadov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
You uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kytke.
You fails with an attempt to clinch.
You shoots in but Kytke avoids the takedown attempt easily.
You tries to clinch
and Kytke counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
You tries to clinch but Kytke moves out of range.
You tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kytke manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
You tries to grapple but his opponent circles

and Kytke counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Kytke.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
You looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Kytke puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Kytke really doesn't want to stay on the ground with You. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
You trying to hold on to Kytke's head to control him but Kytke postures up.

Let's hope that Kytke has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Hans Kytke hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
You wants to clinch but Kytke slips to the side
and Kytke counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Kytke cracks You with a right hand to the side of the head.
You avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Kytke works over You's head and body with a nice combination.
You has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from You there as he acknowledges the shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kytke manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
The crowd are getting on Kytke's back here. They're not happy about his lack of aggression in the clinch.
Kytke continues to stall. The referee tells him to work or he's going to break them up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
You wants to take the fight to the mat but Kytke manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Hans Kytke.
You tries to clinch but Kytke moves away
and Kytke counters with an outside leg kick.
You fails with an attempt to clinch.
Me You seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kytke closes the distance and clinches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



You gets a clinch.
The referee calls for Kytke to work.
Kytke misses with a punch on the inside.
Kytke pressing his opponent against the cage.
You looking for a takedown.

Kytke fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Kytke is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Kytke scores with a shoulder strike.

The referee is keeping an eye on Kytke - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.

Kytke swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Kytke is pushing You up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
You is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Kytke gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

Kytke has picked You up - he's going for a ride! Kytke dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
You wants to get back to full guard.

You trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
You tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

You is squirming around, avoiding Kytke's attempts to control the action.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You tries to hold on but Kytke postures up.
You keeping his composure momentarily, calmly looking to get back to half guard.
Kytke controlling from mount.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hans Kytke showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!



Kytke forces You back against the cage and clinches.
Kytke pushes You back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Kytke lands a nice uppercut.

Kytke turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Kytke manages to end up in side control.
You can see the frustration on You's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Kytke controls the position from side control.

You struggling a bit here.
You is looking for a sweep.
Kytke lands some shots froms side control.
Kytke moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.
You tries to bench press Kytke off him but Kytke keeps the position.

You manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.

You is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Kytke pulls his head out easily.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Kytke trying to control the action but You is working from the bottom.
You is looking to escape.

You is looking for a sweep. Kytke is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Kytke sitting and controlling from the half guard.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Hans Kytke wasn't active enough on the ground.
Danga de danga de dang - Kytke scores with a four punch combination!

You misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Hans Kytke comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kytke has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Hans Kytke tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
