The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pike tries to keep at a distance but Semenov has taken the fight into the clinch.
A battle for position here, against the cage.
Pike works on Semenov's body with a couple of short punches.
Pike working aggressively here.
Pike throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Semenovs head.
Pike throws a head punch that misses.
Pike leaning against his opponent.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Pike lands a right hand that snaps the head of Semenov backwards.

Pike breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pike lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Semenov swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Semenov tries to score a power double leg takedown but Pike sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Semenov somewhat.
Semenov walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Semenov takes one on the button.

and Pike counters with a leg kick.
Semenov throws a body punch but Pike moves out of range.
Semenov on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Pike throws a push kick but Semenov slaps the foot to one side.
Semenov misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Pike stuffs the takedown attempt from Semenov. Semenov gets slowly back to his feet.
