Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jayden Slash (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eric Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jayden Slash!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Eric Morgan!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Morgan bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Morgan lands a nice forearm strike.
An elbow from Morgan crashes against the mat.
Slash tries to escape but Morgan is in control.
Morgan creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Slash sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Morgan has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Morgan postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Morgan gets to mount! Slash was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Morgan lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Morgan looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Morgan is trying to control the action in half guard but Slash is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

Slash working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Morgan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Morgan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Morgan lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Slash utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Morgan throws a strike but Slash rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Morgan is on top in guard.

Morgan scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Morgan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Slash swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Morgan postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Slash is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Morgan, into his guard.

Slash is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Morgan sees it coming and defends easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Slash is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Morgan manages to get to full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Morgan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Morgan throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Eric Morgan dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


Morgan dives in and grabs Slash's left leg, looking for a takedown. Slash pushes down on Morgan's head and hops out.

It looks like Eric Morgan has been cut.
Morgan is working for takedown but Slash is calmly controlling the position for now.
Jayden Slash has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Morgan.

Slash tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Morgan swivels and escapes.

Morgan has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Slash's face.
Morgan is landing with some decent strikes but Slash is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
Eric Morgan has got the better of the ground game so far.

Morgan is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Morgan extends the arm and Slash is forced to tap!
