Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, George Francis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Santz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Query as he jumps to the side.
Query throws a series of punches but Santz avoids them all with ease.
Query walks into a jab.
Query ducks right into an uppercut from Santz.
Query misses with a series of wild punches.
Santz fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Santz scores with a jab to the jaw.
Query throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Santz.
A nice leg kick lands there from Query.
Query throws a looping overhand right but Santz ducks down to avoid it.
Query throws a leg kick but Santz moved away.
Santz takes a swing at Query's ribcage but misses.
Santz swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Santz just misses with a punch to the body.
Santz motions for Query to come forward. Santz throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Query misses with a series of wild punches.
Santz takes a swing at Query's ribcage but misses.
Santz throws a nice looking combination but Query bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Santz steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Query.
Query tries to bum rush Santz with a series of wild strikes but Santz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Query throws a nice looking combination but Santz bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Query shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Santz napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
Query scores with punches from side control.
Query tries to advance position but instead Santz slips a leg back in to half guard.
Santz is looking for a sweep. Query is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Query is just content to waste time from the top position. Santz takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Santz is trying to hold Query in close to prevent damage but Query has managed to pass into half guard.

Query is looking for a kimura but Santz is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Query to get the leverage.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Query thows a huge punch but Santz dodges it nicely.
Query missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Query stalling away here and it's allowed Santz to slip out his trapped foot and regain full guard.
Query is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.

Query decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Santz, up you get!

Query has taken the fight to the clinch.
Query jumps guard but Santz stands there with Query around his waist. Query gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Query breaks from the clinch.
Query uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Santz.

Query drops Santz with a beautiful combination! Santz stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Query is looking for the KO!

Santz is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Santz thows a left - swing and a miss!
Santz is still on wobbly legs! Can Query finish him?
Query uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Santz.
Santz tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Query was well out of range. Poor timing from Santz.
Query slips under a jab.
Jose Santz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Query keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Query fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Query takes one to the side of the head.

Query connects with a stiff jab that staggers Santz - oh and he follows up with a huge uppercut that knocks him out cold! Man, that was brutal!
