Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lancelot Du Lac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shelby Toe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lancelot Du Lac!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Shelby Toe!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Roger Salmon and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Toe blocks a head kick by Du Lac.
Du Lac fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Toe.
Du Lac takes a swing at Toe's ribcage but misses.
Toe moves into range and clinches up with Du Lac.
Du Lac tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Toe is pushing Du Lac up against the ropes, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Toe jumps guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Du Lac looking to sit in guard and control but Toe gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Toe is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Toe works over Du Lac with some ground and pound from guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Toe slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.

Toe lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
Toe takes a little break here. Du Lac wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well.
Check out the look on Toe's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

It looks like Lancelot Du Lac has been cut.
Du Lac takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Du Lac taking punishment in the form of punches.
Toe thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Toe landing strikes.
Toe wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Du Lac, who protects the arm well.
Du Lac is trying to escape the position but Toe is controlling the position.

Lancelot Du Lac's cut is getting worse.

Du Lac is rocked!
Lancelot Du Lac's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Toe cracks Du Lac with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Toe immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Du Lac is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Toe!
