Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Roach (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and RA Mac (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Frank Roach!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, RA Mac!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mac misses with a jab, cross combination.
Mac displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Roach throws out the jab.
Mac throws a series of punches but Roach moves out of range.
Roach does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Roach is looking to score with low kicks.
Roach looks to land a body kick but Mac moved away.
Roach misses the shot to the body.
Mac will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Roach takes one to the chin there.
Roach tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Mac throws a series of punches but Roach avoids them all with ease.
Mac pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Roach back to the cage. Mac follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Roach will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Roach throws a low kick but Mac moves out of range easily.

Mac scores with a one two! Roach had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

RA Mac seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mac tries to clinch up but Roach circles away and keeps his distance.
Mac checks a low kick from Roach.
Sloppy strikes from Mac. Those never looked like landing.
Mac lands with a good body shot.
Mac lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Mac.

Mac rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Roach moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Mac lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Frank Roach's cut is getting worse.
Mac lands the left hand.

Oooooh!!! Mac has knocked Roach down with a huge combo! Mac steps away and waves a wobbly Roach back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Oh Roach is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Roach dodges the punch combination from Mac.
Mac misses with a few strikes there.
Mac tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Roach counters with a nice body shot.
Roach seems to have got his legs back now.

A bone on bone clash there as Mac blocks the leg kick.
Mac checks a low kick from Roach.
Roach has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mac finds it's way round the side to connect with Roach's head.

Roach throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.

Mac avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Roach throws a leg kick but Mac checks it.
Mac throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Mac scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Frank Roach's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Roach throws a low kick but it's checked well by Mac.
Mac is looking to clinch but Roach is avoiding it.
Mac closes the distance but Roach moves to the side
and Roach counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
No joy there for Mac, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Roach throws a predictable looking body shot
and Mac counters with a nice uppercut.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

RA Mac dominated that round.

That's time! Roach's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Mac avoids a kick to the body.
Mac tries to clinch but Roach is having none of it.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Mac throws a right hand that Roach ducks under and follows up with a left that Roach also avoids with ease.
Roach lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mac circles away quickly and effectively.

Roach throws a shot from downtown. Mac moves away and avoids it.
RA Mac seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Nice uppercut there from Mac.

Mac throws a series of punches but Roach avoids them all with ease.
Mac goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Roach on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Mac throws a right and a left that both miss.
Roach throws a chopping leg kick but Mac manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Some wild striking there from Mac.
Roach throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Some bone on bone action there as Mac checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Mac steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Roach.
Mac moves to clinch but Roach breaks away
and Mac takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Mac's jab looks to have found its range, popping Roach under the eye.
Frank Roach is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Mac pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Roach back to the cage. Mac follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Jeez, Frank Roach's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Roach takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Mac lands a really nice looking cross but Roach seems unphased.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mac gets in close and tags Roach with a short punch that almost sends Roach to the mat! Oh Roach is in big trouble! He turns his back on Mac, trying to create some distance but Mac rushes him, striking wildly and Roach goes down! The referee tackles Mac into the cage to end the fight! Mac is one violent man!
