The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hayworth thuds his shin into the meat of Sailo Jr's side.
Sailo Jr dodges the punch combination from Hayworth.

Sailo Jr throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Hayworth tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Sailo Jr is in Hayworth's guard.
Sailo Jr passes Hayworth's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Hayworth pushes Sailo Jr off looking to stand but Sailo Jr dives back in and keeps control.

Sailo Jr is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Hayworth is just riding it out for now. Sailo Jr eventually gives up the hold.

Hayworth controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Hayworth really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sailo Jr. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
