Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jannu The Predator (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charles Zelenofia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Charles Zelenofia is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Marco Blurström.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Predator closes the distance and clinches up with Zelenofia, looking for a takedown. The Predator pushes Zelenofia against the cage but Zelenofia circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
The Predator misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

The Predator dives in and scores a takedown into Zelenofia's guard.

The Predator decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Zelenofia, up you get!

The Predator manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Zelenofia on his heels. He'll look to pass Zelenofia's guard now, I'm sure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The Predator is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Zelenofia is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. The Predator is aware though and is defending well.

Zelenofia is trying to control the position but The Predator postures up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The Predator stays in close to Zelenofia's body and controls the position.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Jannu The Predator just wasn't active enough.

The Predator shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
The Predator is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
The Predator tries to pass the half guard into mount. Zelenofia knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

The Predator decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

The Predator feints and as Zelenofia raises his hands in defense, The Predator changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The Predator is pushing down on Zelenofia's leg trying to pass to half guard. Zelenofia is fighting to maintain full guard but The Predator has managed to sneak the leg through.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The Predator stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Zelenofia should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Zelenofia is trying to stand back up but The Predator is controlling him

The Predator stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being.

The Predator shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Zelenofia manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
The Predator is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

The Predator decides to stand and escape the position.

The Predator feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The Predator is looking for a kimura but Zelenofia is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for The Predator to get the leverage.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

The Predator gets a double leg takedown into Zelenofia's guard.
Zelenofia really doesn't want to stay on the ground with The Predator. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Zelenofia is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Jannu The Predator overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
