The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Illya Tyunina and Aleksei Zolotukhin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smekhov tries to clinch up but Shadow circles away and keeps his distance.
Smekhov fails to land with a series of punches.

Smekhov throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Smekhov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Smekhov counters with a takedown into side control.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Shadow explodes and escapes back to his feet! Nice escape there!

Smekhov shoots in and drives through. Shadow sprawls well.

OH! Smekhov has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Shadow smells blood and charges in for the finish! Shadow unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Smekhov sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
