Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ilafat Urskilz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Steve Brown!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Anthony Taglia and Lou da Vinci.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Urskilz counters with a good low kick that Brown was not able to check.
Urskilz ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Urskilz bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Brown misses with a straight left.
A slow jab from Brown misses its intended target.
Brown takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Urskilz throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Steve Brown seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brown looks to score with a jab to the body but Urskilz is just out of range.
A slapping leg kick lands for Urskilz.
Urskilz lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Urskilz closes the distance and pushes Brown back into the cage.
Urskilz landing knees to the body. They look like they could hurt.
Brown looks winded!
Urskilz lands a knee to the head there! That was nasty!
Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Urskilz obliges.
Urskilz unloads a knee to the mid-section. Brown lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh.
Urskilz with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.

Urskilz crunches a lovely knee into Brown's ribcage.
Urskilz is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body.

Urskilz has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Brown clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Urskilz throwing strikes from the back - he gets a warning from the referee for striking the back of the head but all these shots are hurting Brown!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Urskilz cracks Brown with a big shot to body and one to the head - really punishing Brown from the back mount here, looking to soften him up.
Urskilz lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.
Urskilz lands shots from the back.
Brown trying to control but he's just got himself in more trouble.

Urskilz is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.
Urskilz has Brown flattened out and is raining down punches.
Urskilz has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Brown.
Brown really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Urskilz. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Urskilz is controlling his opponent, waiting for an opportunity to finish.
Urskilz is throwing strikes from the back here. Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Urskilz gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Urskilz gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Urskilz apologises and we restart here on the feet.
Brown throws a lazy uppercut
and Urskilz counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Urskilz connects with a leg kick. Brown looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Brown crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Urskilz - the referee stops the clock and Brown gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Urskilz. Brown manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Urskilz jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
Brown lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Urskilz circles away quickly and effectively.
Brown takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

Urskilz gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Urskilz lands a knee to the body.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Urskilz unloads a knee to the mid-section.

Urskilz has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Brown is trying to keep an underhook but Urskilz manages to get the takedown into half guard.
Urskilz moves nicely into side control.
Brown takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Urskilz lands some shots froms side control.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here as Urskilz stalls from top position.

Urskilz is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Brown's shoulder. That is not cool.
Urskilz cracks Brown with an elbow. That is naaassty.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Urskilz has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
No joy there for Brown, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Ilafat Urskilz dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Urskilz scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Brown thows a leg kick but Urskilz checks it
and Urskilz counters with a nice leg kick.
Nice defenses there by Urskilz.
Urskilz thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Brown if he has to take too many more of those.
Brown swings widly with a right hand
and Urskilz counters with a straight right hand.
Urskilz scores with a hook to the body. Brown takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
A slapping leg kick lands for Urskilz.
Urskilz looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Brown swings widly with a right hand
and Urskilz counters with a low kick, right behind Brown 's knee.
Ilafat Urskilz is winning the standup battle so far.

Urskilz darts in and clinches Brown up against the cage.

It looks like Steve Brown has been cut.
Brown is breathing heavily.
Urskilz with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head.
Urskilz is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Brown can do to turn this around?

Urskilz has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Brown blocking the ground and pound attempt from Urskilz.
Urskilz uses his free foot to push down on Brown's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Brown.
Urskilz cracks Brown with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Brown really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Brown is bucking up trying to escape but Urskilz cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Urskilz controlling the position easily from mount.

Urskilz controlling his opponent.
Urskilz has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Urskilz lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Urskilz prevents Brown from getting the reversal.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.


Both fighters circling a little - Urskilz finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Brown takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Brown takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Nice body punch from Urskilz.
Brown steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Urskilz. That one must have hurt.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Brown stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Urskilz.
A nice inside leg kick there by Urskilz. That's going to slow Brown down.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Urskilz.
Urskilz delivers a nice body kick.
Urskilz chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Brown takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Nice shot lands for Urskilz.


Brown is rocked!
Brown takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Urskilz drops Brown with a straight right hand, right on the button! Urskilz follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:52 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Ilafat Urskilz!
Ilafat Urskilz very nearly forgot to thank Ganja's Warehouse (95% Laundering) amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. Hopefully he'll get a few nice freebies in the mail as a thank you.
