Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel McFadden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ludo Kopper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daniel McFadden is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Daniel McFadden!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ludo Kopper!
The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Radbod Blank and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kopper closes the distance and pushes McFadden back into the cage.
McFadden tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Kopper just stands there and leans against the cage.
McFadden jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Kopper walks away with a smile on his face. McFadden gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
An inside leg kick lands from Kopper.
Daniel McFadden seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McFadden fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Daniel McFadden. That's going to take a lot out of him.
McFadden shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kopper as he avoids it easily.
McFadden closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kopper circles away.
Kopper missing with a left hand there. McFadden was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
McFadden misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

McFadden drives through and clinches with Kopper against the cage.
McFadden tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
McFadden tries to pull guard but Kopper holds him up against the cage and eventually McFadden drops back down to his feet.

McFadden pulls Kopper into guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
McFadden looking for a sweep. Not yet McFadden, not yet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
McFadden is working hard here to advance position.
Kopper is looking to stand up but McFadden won't let him.
McFadden bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kopper's guard.
McFadden missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
McFadden lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
McFadden throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McFadden accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
McFadden with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
McFadden postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.


It looks like Ludo Kopper has been cut.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McFadden with a flurry of punches that miss.
Kopper wants to stand and escape but McFadden is having none of it.
McFadden throwing strikes but missing.
McFadden in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
McFadden loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Kopper utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
McFadden scoring with punches to the head and body.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McFadden accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
McFadden has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

McFadden in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.

McFadden trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
McFadden is working Kopper over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
McFadden with a flurry of punches that miss.
Kopper is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as McFadden accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
McFadden postures up and lands a big shot to Kopper's brow.


That has opened up Ludo Kopper's cut even more.
Kopper really doesn't want to stay on the ground with McFadden. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
McFadden wants to control from the top but Kopper keeps moving.
Kopper working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from McFadden.

Ludo Kopper's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Ludo Kopper's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Daniel McFadden!
After winning the bout, Daniel McFadden thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
