Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Arthur Rexum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Paul Sutherland (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Paul Sutherland!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Aafke Stam and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rexum swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Rexum throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Sutherland's waist but Sutherland gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rexum off to one side.
Rexum on the wrong end of a kick to the body.
Sutherland slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Sutherland listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Rexum changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Sutherland tries to avoid it but Rexum manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Sutherland to the ground. Sutherland escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Sutherland shoots in and bounces Rexum off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.

Rexum is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Sutherland is aware though and is defending well.
Sutherland makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

Sutherland sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Rexum's guard.

Rexum shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Sutherland sprawls well. Sutherland wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Rexum gets slowly back to his feet.
Sutherland comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Sutherland lands a leg kick that knocks Rexum off balance momentarily.

Sutherland drops Rexum with a left and a right! Oh, Rexum is hurt - Sutherland dives into side control looking to finish!

Rexum is rocked!
Paul Sutherland has got the better of the ground game so far.

Sutherland works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Oh Rexum is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Sutherland scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Rexum is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Sutherland can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
