The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Anderson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Ladz tries to avoid it but Anderson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Ladz to the ground. Ladz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ladz looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Anderson is fending him off so far but Ladz persists. Nope, Anderson circles away and we're back to standing.

so Ladz counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.
Anderson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
