Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Thunders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Luisito Banaag (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Thunders might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Ain't That A Kick In The Head by Dean Martin. Banaag has chosen Soulfly - Pain as his entrance music. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thunders keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Thunders throws a leg kick

and Banaag holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Thunders blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Banaag moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

It looks like Johnny Thunders has been cut.
Thunders looks to throw the jab but Banaag is out of range.

Banaag uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Thunders.
Banaag feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Thunders's calf.
Thunders blocks a low kick nicely.
Banaag throws a right and a left that Thunders avoids nicely.
Thunders swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A slapping leg kick lands for Thunders.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Thunders lands a slapping body shot.
Banaag moves away from the strike by Thunders.
Banaag takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Banaag throws a solid leg kick but Thunders takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Banaag.
Thunders keeps the fight on the outside.

Thunders tries to score with a low kick but Banaag moves his leg out of the way.
Thunders slips under a jab.

Banaag wants to clinch up but Thunders keeps it at a distance.

Thunders throws an overhand right that drops Banaag like a sack of potatoes! Thunders dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
