The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zero looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Jefferson is fending him off so far but Zero persists. Nope, Jefferson circles away and we're back to standing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Zero looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Zero postures up in Jefferson's guard and throws a big left but Jefferson blocks it.

Zero is looking to take a break and control but Jefferson is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Jefferson wants to get back to full guard but Zero has mounted him!
Jefferson is wriggling around trying to escape.
Jefferson wants to control but Zero is having none of it.
Zero gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Jefferson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Jefferson looks to land a combination. Zero sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Zero is rocked!
Zero slips a jab and a cross from Jefferson.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Jefferson lands with a precision combination! Left, right, uppercut and Zero falls flat on his face, eyes wide open but he's out!
