The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLay closes the distance and clinches up with Kamel, looking for a takedown. McLay pushes Kamel against the cage but Kamel circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
McLay looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Kamel cracks McLay with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Kamel connects with a right hand. McLay shakes it off.
Kamel scores with the left hand. McLay knows he should have avoided that one.

McLay is rocked!
Kamel throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck McLay on the side of the head.
Oh McLay is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
McLay misses with a takedown
and Kamel counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Kamel lands a jab to McLay's midsection.
