Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Walter Netto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Renalto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Netto drives through with a takedown into guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Netto won't allow Renalto to get back to his feet.
Netto postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Renalto pulls Netto in close to prevent any damage.

Netto avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Renalto seems keen to control Netto's posture.

Renalto is working an open guard so Netto takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Netto closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Netto is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Renalto is pressing down on Netto's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Renalto moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
Netto wants to stand but Renalto is controlling his posture from full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Renalto shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Netto sprawls well. Netto wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Renalto gets slowly back to his feet.
Walter Netto has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Manny Renalto.

Netto gets caught napping as Renalto dives in and scores a takedown. Netto manages to retain guard.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Renalto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Netto swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Renalto passes into half guard.

Netto shoots in and bounces Renalto off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Renalto is trying to control the position but Netto postures up.
Renalto bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Netto's guard.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Manny Renalto.
Renalto throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Netto's waist but Netto gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Renalto off to one side.
Renalto throws out a leg kick but Netto moves out of range and Renalto only half commits.
Netto uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Renalto.

Netto shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Renalto's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Renalto is looking for a triangle but Netto pushes his legs off easily.

Netto has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Renalto trying to strike from the bottom but really, it's not the best position to be doing that from!

Netto is sitting in close to Renalto's body. Renalto has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Netto is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Netto is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Renalto.
