PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tycoon Warrior (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jayden Jamieson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jamieson has chosen Masters Of Mixed Martial Arts as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jamieson misses with a takedown attempt - Warrior sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Warrior swings around for an armbar but Jamieson sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Warrior's guard.

Warrior is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Jamieson defends well.

Jamieson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Warrior swivels though and keeps the full guard.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jamieson gets caught flat footed, as Warrior shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Jamieson passes Warrior's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Jamieson is working for a submission of some sort.
Jamieson is breathing heavily.

Warrior has one foot on Jamieson's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Horrible takedown by Jamieson or perhaps it was just good defense by Warrior which made him look bad.

Warrior throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Jamieson was covering up waiting for the punch and Warrior finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Warrior is stalling in the full guard.
Warrior has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Tycoon Warrior just wasn't active enough.

Warrior drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Jamieson is not content to let Warrior control the position.

Warrior stands up and we're back to a striking position.
Warrior throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Warrior instigates a clinch.
Warrior is trying to pull guard but Jamieson turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Warrior breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Warrior takes the fight into the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Warrior.
Warrior drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Warrior lands an elbow that stopped Jamieson in his tracks for a moment.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Warrior goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Warrior has Jamieson pressed against the cage.
