The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McQueen looks to clinch
and Arienzo counters with a lovely straight right hand!
It looks like James McQueen has been cut.
McQueen lands a nice shot to the body.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Arienzo.
McQueen wants to control but Arienzo postures up.
McQueen is looking to regain half guard here but Arienzo keeps moving and retains side control.
McQueen struggling a bit here.

Arienzo is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but McQueen is defending well.
McQueen has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Arienzo regains guard immediately.
McQueen with a flurry of punches that miss.
McQueen got a little sloppy there for a moment and Arienzo has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, McQueen has managed to get both his arms back between Arienzo's legs - danger averted.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

OK we're going to have a standup here. James McQueen hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
McQueen darts in trying to clinch
letting Arienzo counter with a right hand.

McQueen knocks Arienzo to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?
It looks like Carlos Arienzo has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
McQueen cracks Arienzo with a big right hand but Arienzo just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Arienzo is rocked!
McQueen working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Oh Arienzo is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
McQueen tries for a kimura but Arienzo is defending well.
McQueen lands a strong strike to the head of Arienzo. That's dazed him! McQueen looking to finish here. Arienzo is waving his arms around trying to block but he's hurt badly - McQueen lands more strikes and the referee steps in to end the fight!
