Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pfffffffffffffffffff Fock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sebastian Gellquist (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gellquist has chosen Rihanna feat. Jay-Z & E.S. Posthumus – Run This Town as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pfffffffffffffffffff Fock!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Sebastian Gellquist!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Arvi Lind and Ben Zyskovitsi.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gellquist looks to score with a jab to the body but Fock is just out of range.
Gellquist throws a looping overhand right but Fock ducks down to avoid it.

Fock shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gellquist as he jumps to the side.
Fock staying out of range there.

Fock doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Gellquist counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Gellquist.
Fock really is a fat lump.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Gellquist postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Gellquist is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Gellquist prevents Fock from getting back to his feet.
Gellquist stays in close to Fock's body and controls the position.
Gellquist keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Fock's head.

Sebastian Gellquist has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Gellquist defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fock.

Gellquist closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fock did well to prevent Gellquist getting side control.
Gellquist seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gellquist prevents Fock from getting back to his feet.
Gellquist is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Sebastian Gellquist has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Fock tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gellquist sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Fock somewhat.
Fock avoids the body shot from Gellquist.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fock will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Fock changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gellquist tries to avoid it but Fock manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gellquist to the ground. Gellquist escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gellquist scores with a sloppy right hand. Fock should have avoided that one.

Fock tries for a takedown but Gellquist circles away easily
and Gellquist counters with a stiff right hand.

Gellquist closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Gellquist lands in his opponent's guard.

Gellquist lands a couple of decent looking shots.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gellquist postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Fock can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Gellquist controls the pace.
Let's hope that Gellquist has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Gellquist really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Fock. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Gellquist stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Fock misses with a takedown attempt

and Gellquist counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Fock!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Fock might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Gellquist takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Fock's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Fock tries to score a body lock takedown but Gellquist shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Gellquist. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Fock goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Fock is rocked!

Fock is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Oh Fock is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fock wants to stand up but Gellquist is controlling him.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Fock is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Fock seems to have got his legs back now.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

After winning the bout, Sebastian Gellquist thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
