The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pinksy misses with a body shot.
Kramer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Pinksy swivels and escapes.
Kramer sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Kramer avoids the head kick by Pinksy.

and Pinksy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kramer fails with the takedown.
Drew Pinksy has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of John Kramer.
Kramer tries to clinch there but Pinksy circles away.
Kramer throws a right and a left that Pinksy avoids nicely.

Kramer shoots in looking for a takedown. Pinksy tries to sprawl out of it but Kramer keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Pinksy manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pinksy swats away the attempt to clinch by Kramer.

Pinksy lands a really nice looking cross but Kramer seems unphased.

Pinksy lands a big head kick that sends Kramer tumbling to the mat! Pinksy takes a step backwards and waves Kramer back to his feet - he wants the finish!
