Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Iain Durrant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Karel Gil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gil has chosen Darude - Sandstorm as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gil lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Durrant shoots for a double leg takedown but Gil sprawls well. He's pushed Durrant's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gil lands with a cross.

Durrant is rocked!
Durrant looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Oh Durrant is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
The crowd cheers as Gil lands an impressive looking overhand right. Durrant doesn't seem phased though.
Gil misses with a series of wild punches.
Gil throws a series of punches but Durrant moves out of range.

Durrant wants to clinch up but Gil keeps it at a distance.
Durrant seems to have got his legs back now.
Durrant shoots in for a double leg but Gil sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Gil drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Gil tries to move into full mount but can't pass Durrant's legs.
Gil cracks Durrant with a big right hand but Durrant just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Despite being in the dominant position, Karel Gil just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Durrant swings wildly with a couple of big hooks

Durrant closes the distance but Gil moves to the side
and Gil counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Gil lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Durrant shoots and misses
enabling Gil to counter with a crisp jab.
Durrant looks up at the clock. Bad move! Gil lands a right hand from hell, dropping Durrant. Gil pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
