Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Nick Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jerry Shuster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, This Is War. Shuster has chosen Superman as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Andrew Berry and Colin Fotheringham.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Diaz blocks a head kick by Shuster.
Diaz fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Shuster manages to avoid it.
Shuster throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Shuster displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Diaz throws out the jab.

Diaz is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Shuster is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Shuster flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Diaz anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Shuster and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Diaz slips an arm under Shuster chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Diaz has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Diaz is squeezing on Shuster like an anaconda would it's prey. Shuster fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 7:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Nick Diaz!
