Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jan Kowalsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Florencio Bernardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kowalsky kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is face fisted. Bernardo has chosen Una Vela as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Jan Kowalsky had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Kowalsky shoots for a takedown but Bernardo saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Bernardo wants to stand but Kowalsky is controlling his arm.
Kowalsky is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Bernardo off and has taken his back!

Bernardo is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Kowalsky gets his way!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
