The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Howard takes the fight into the clinch.
Howard will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Reynolds up against the cage.

Howard pulls guard successfully.
Reynolds throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Howard works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Reynolds trying to control the position from guard on top but Howard is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Howard is adopting a defensive guard.
Howard on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Howard tries to get out of the position.

Howard looking for a guillotine here but Reynolds defends easily.

Reynolds avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Howard manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Howard is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Reynolds is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Reynolds flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Howard anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Reynolds and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Howard slips an arm under Reynolds chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Howard has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Howard is squeezing on Reynolds like an anaconda would it's prey. Reynolds fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
